by our team of professionals.

With Evergreen Builders, you won’t get a cookie cutter house. You can select a plan from hundreds of plans, or you can design your own plan from scratch. Every plan that is available for you to use can be customized. We can add spaces, make them smaller, or move walls to get the exact area that you want. You can finish the exterior with a combination of materials or you can stick to Hardie siding. You can add beadboard, shiplap, board & batten or shadow boxes to customize the interior walls.

The possibilities for customizing your home are endless, from floor plan, to door knobs , to handrails to light fixtures, every item will be your decision.

Cabinets

We don’t have a color room where you get to choose from the same 3 cabinet doors in 5 different colors as everyone else in the neighborhood. We send you directly to the cabinet shop to design your own cabinets in each room from start to finish.

Countertops

We send you to the supplier to choose your countertops. You can choose from hundreds of granites, quartz or marble slabs.

Flooring

You will choose your flooring directly from our flooring provider. You can choose a couple of floors that will flow throughout the home, or you can make a separate selection for each room. Our flooring person is also a designer and would love to help you choose paint and accessory colors.

Appliances

You can choose your own appliances including the refrigerator, cook top, ovens, microwave and fireplace to make sure you have what you need for your family.
